2025 – 50 years of the Sewer museum.
The sewer museum takes you on a trip to celebrate its 50th anniversary ! To celebrate this anniversary, the museum invites you to embark on an exceptional sewer trip. Throughout the year 2025, an unprecedented program will allow you to discover the fascinating history of the Parisian sewage system while exploring the sewers from a new, playful and creative angle.
Come and discover the museum in an original way through a series of appointments :
March 27, 2025 : carbid lamp night in partnership with the association SEHDACS. Explore the sewers in the light of ancient sewer lamps with experts who will accompany you on your visit.
April 25 to 27, 2025 : 360° tour in the bowels of Paris. Explore the sewers through an incredible virtual tour.
June 7, 2025 : Nuit blanche at the Sewer Museum with the collective Candela and the musician Tumulus. A sensory and immersive experience to reveal the invisible and illustrate the human impact on underground flows.
July 4, 2025 : exhibition on the clothes of sewer workers and their evolution over time.
From 17 to 20 july 2025 : new virtual tours in the sewers.
After the carbide lamp night, the 2025 program continues with an exceptional immersive experience : from April 25 to 27 dive into the Sebastopol sewer thanks to a virtual helmet and its 360° view.
