Warning

  • Possible closure due to rising water in the sewer system or operationnal anomaly. No refund is due but an exchange request can be sent to the museum
  • Risk of falling, slippery ground
  • The visit is not recommended for pregnant women, children under 5 years, people suffering from claustrophobia or likely to be perturbed by the space (potential presence of annoying odours, humidity…)
  • Children must be accompagnied by an adult
  • The consumption of food, drink is not allowed in the museum
  • It is forbidden to leave the tour circuit, to cross object protection barriers, installations and decor, as well as guardrails
  • Do not touch anything in the wet gallery
  • It is recommended to wash your hands when leaving the museum

Suitcases, bags, bicycles

  • Bicycles, roller skates, roller skates, scooters and new mobility equipment, backbone baby carriers with unprotected metal frames are not allowed on location unless for special exceptions.

FREE ENTRIES Free entry for visitors under 26 (only for EU countries) or children under 18. Tickets are collected on site.
AUDIO-GUIDE In French, English and Spanish. They are available at the reception desk of the Museum of Sewers of Paris (limited number).
Autonomous group visits or accompanied by a guide : Departures of visits according to the number of visitors or availability of guides. Time slot : from 10 am to 15:30 pm. Large groups are limited to 25 persons (except school groups limited to 30). Reservation required by email to this adress : musee-des-egouts@paris.fr Specify name and location, the language spoken, contact details of the group leader, level and age of visitors, the type of visit : free or guided tour. The tour lasts about 1 hour.
The visit is accessible to people with disabilities and particularly persons with reduced mobility, with wheelchair accessibility (presence of an elevator). It is mandatory for people with visual impairments to be accompanied. Admission is free for people with disabilities and their companions
